Do you have access to your Videobot Dashboard account? You should have received an email from us with the headline “You’ve been invited” – be sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
If you haven’t received an invite:
- Contact your designated Customer Success Specialist.

Once you have access, you can log in to the Videobot Dashboard at app.videobot.com.

Whether you’re at your desk or on the go, the Videobot Dashboard makes it easy to manage and update your Videobot. In this section, we'll dive into the technical aspects of the dashboard, guiding you through how to efficiently build, customize, and optimize your Videobot. From uploading videos to fine-tuning the settings, we’ll cover everything you need to know to get the most out of the platform.
Desktop or Mobile
You can use the Videobot Dashboard on both desktop and mobile devices. We recommend having both handy for different tasks:
- Desktop: Ideal for building your Videobot and viewing analytics.
- Mobile: Perfect for making quick updates or changing videos while on the move.
You can always access the Videobot Dashboard in your browser at app.videobot.com. For a smoother mobile experience, we recommend adding the Dashboard to your home screen:
- Open the page in your mobile browser.
- From the browser’s options, select Add to Home Screen. Now, you’ll easily find it and be able to make changes on the go!
