Appearance 🎨

Under the Appearance section, you can upload a video to display in the widget circle. The widget video should be 5-15 seconds, but you can upload a longer one if needed.

First Frame Offset (seconds) ⏱️

You can choose the second from which you want the widget video to start. For example, if you upload a 20-second video but want only the last 10 seconds to loop, enter 10 in this field.

Height / Width (pixels) 📏

Here, you can set the size and shape of your widget by defining its height and width in pixels.

Align Chat Icon ↔️

In the dropdown menu, choose whether you want the widget to align to the right or left, and whether it appears up or down on the page. A Videobot placed in the bottom corners will always open upward, while a Videobot in the top corners will open downward.

Vertical Offset / Horizontal Offset (pixels) 📐

This setting allows you to fine-tune the positioning of the widget by shifting it up/down or left/right.

Tip! Be cautious when shifting the widget upward in the bottom corners, as the Videobot will always open upward, potentially causing part of it to be out of view.

Loop Limit 🔄

Set the number of times you want the widget video to loop.

Choose the border color for your Videobot widget to match your website's design.

Horizontal Mode 📱

If your videos are horizontal, you can choose to display the Videobot in horizontal mode. (Preview will still appear vertical.)

You can also enable horizontal mode for the Videobot on mobile devices, offering a better viewing experience for horizontal videos.
