Appearance 🎨
Under the Appearance section, you can upload a video to display in the widget circle. The widget video should be 5-15 seconds, but you can upload a longer one if needed.
First Frame Offset (seconds) ⏱️
You can choose the second from which you want the widget video to start. For example, if you upload a 20-second video but want only the last 10 seconds to loop, enter 10 in this field.
Height / Width (pixels) 📏
Here, you can set the size and shape of your widget by defining its height and width in pixels.
Align Chat Icon ↔️
In the dropdown menu, choose whether you want the widget to align to the right or left, and whether it appears up or down on the page. A Videobot placed in the bottom corners will always open upward, while a Videobot in the top corners will open downward.
Vertical Offset / Horizontal Offset (pixels) 📐
This setting allows you to fine-tune the positioning of the widget by shifting it up/down or left/right.
Tip! Be cautious when shifting the widget upward in the bottom corners, as the Videobot will always open upward, potentially causing part of it to be out of view.
Loop Limit 🔄
Set the number of times you want the widget video to loop.
Border Color 🎨
Choose the border color for your Videobot widget to match your website's design.
Horizontal Mode 📱
If your videos are horizontal, you can choose to display the Videobot in horizontal mode. (Preview will still appear vertical.)
Horizontal Mode on Mobile 📱
You can also enable horizontal mode for the Videobot on mobile devices, offering a better viewing experience for horizontal videos.
