Settings Tab: Main Usability Settings ⚙️

Now that you’ve built the content for your Videobot, it’s time to fine-tune the settings. In the Settings tab, you can configure various options to customize how your Videobot functions. We will walk you through all the available settings, helping you tailor your Videobot to your specific needs.

Access Control 🔐

  • “Visible to Everyone”: Allows all team members to view and edit the Videobot.
  • “Hidden from Some Members”: Restricts access to you, the Owner, and Admins, excluding Member-level users.

Business Name

  • The Business Name will be visible in the contact form when users engage with your Videobot.

  • Define search engine optimization settings for this Videobot.
  • Leave the fields blank to use the default settings.
  • The title and description will appear in search results and chat services that display a link preview.

Overwrite Global Colors

  • Set the background color and text color for the highlighted button in your Videobot.

  • Enable/disable the dark gradient behind the buttons to suit your design preferences.

  • The logo will be visible on the contact form page and appear as a round image.

  • Add tags to your Videobot for easy access when searching or when creating Sliders.

Captions

  • Enable captions and set the caption language.
  • Captions will be visible if they’ve been uploaded to the Video Library.
  • When captions are enabled, the buttons are hidden but can be accessed via the arrow button.
  • Use the Arrow Button Delay setting to control when the buttons appear after the video ends.

Arrow Button

  • Enabling the arrow button hides the Videobot buttons, allowing users to reveal them when needed.
  • Buttons will appear automatically at the end of the video or after a delay you set using the Delay (seconds) setting.
  • This option is useful when you want the video to be fully visible without buttons covering it.

Back Button to Intro Slide

  • Choose whether the Back button always returns the user to the intro slide or to the last slide they viewed.
