How to create a Close Videobot action in the Videobot Builder

To create a button that closes the Videobot, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the “Links & Forms” section at the bottom of the Videobot Builder.

2. In the Add action box, click Create new and select Close Videobot.

3. Give the Close Videobot action a name and click Create Close Videobot.

4. You don't need to add any extra details—just click Save.

This action is helpful when you want users to close the Videobot from a specific button instead of relying on the X in the top corner.

1. Add a button and link it to the Close Videobot action you just created.
