Users

Under the Users section, you will find all the listed users who have access to the Videobot Dashboard and the option to invite new users.

You can:

  • Edit the user
  • Remove the user
  • Send a new invitation email
  • Send a reset password link

To do any of these actions, click the three dots next to the user in the list.

Inviting New Users

Feel free to add your teammates by clicking “Invite user”, entering the necessary email address, and choosing between the following roles:

  • Admin
  • Editor
  • Viewer

What’s the difference between these roles?

  • Admins can manage most things in an account — including content, bots, analytics, and user roles.
  • Editor can create and update content such as media, bots, and settings within an account. They have more flexibility than Viewers but cannot manage users or high-level account settings. Ideal for day-to-day contributors.
  • Viewer can see and use content (accounts, media, bots, and analytics) but cannot make changes. This role is best for team members who only need access for monitoring, reporting, or reviewing.

The status of Owner can be held either by you or your designated Customer Success Specialist.
