Videobot is committed to ensure that all customer data is handled with confidentiality and secured appropriately, and that services such as the Dashboard can be used in a secure manner.

All data related to the Videobot platform is encrypted both in transit and at rest. The analytics features of Videobot do not gather personally identifiable information from the client's machine, and all storage of user accounts of and analytics events is hosted in European data centers.

Videobot is SOC 2 certified, and as part of it have a comprehensive set of organizational policies and security requirements.
