Video Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth communication during the filming process and faster video production, we respectfully ask that you follow the guidelines below:

1. File Formats

• Please deliver files in .mp4 or .mov format via Google Drive.

2. Video Dimensions

Ensure that the video dimensions are correct for the desired orientation:

• Horizontal: 16:9, 1920x1080px
• Vertical: 9:16, 1080x1920px

Deliver each video as a complete, separate file.

3. File Naming Convention

Please name the files according to the video tree discussion in the following format: “Number_Name_Button Name”

Example:

• 00_Intro_
• 03_Driving Courses_
• 03.01_Driving Course_Motorcycle
• 03.02_Driving Courses_Car

4. Widget Video

Remember to film and include the widget video. This should be a short video clip used to open the videobot on your website.

• Widget: A 5-10 second video without sound, displayed as a circular thumbnail on your site.

5. Subtitles

If you wish to include subtitles, please send them in a .vtt file as a separate document.

6. Additional Requirements

Opening Sentence:

Please provide the desired opening sentence that will appear near the widget. (Recommended: 2-4 words, such as "Welcome to...", "Join...", etc.)

Color Palette:

Provide the HEX color codes for the color palette that will appear around the GIF/widget circle. (Tip: Use colors that match your website's palette.)

Company Logo:

Please include your company logo in the video files.
